Optifeed

Optifeed connector

Work with your Optifeed account from an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Meta's Muse.

The Optifeed connector is a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Your assistant can read your catalog, feeds, feed issues, ad results, customer segment counts, AI Visibility results, and site audits. When you allow changes, it can also connect a catalog, create a hosted feed, run a site audit, and start AI proposals.

Server URL: https://mcp.optifeed.com/mcp

Connect

  1. Find Optifeed in your assistant's connector or app directory. If your assistant lets you add a custom connector, use the server URL above.
  2. The assistant opens an Optifeed page in your browser. Enter your email address, then the 6-digit code that we send you. A new email address can create an account there.
  3. Choose the company that the assistant may use. It can use only that company.
  4. Leave Allow changes unticked for read-only access, or tick it to let the assistant create records. Then approve.

A connection lasts up to 90 days. It ends sooner when the assistant does not use it for 30 days. Then connect again.

Feed URLs

connect_catalog takes the public http or https URL of a product feed. Optifeed reads the start of the file and detects its type. It imports these feeds with no setup:

What stays with you

AI budget

AI proposals spend your company's AI budget. When the budget is used up, the tool stops with the error ai_budget_used and nothing more is spent. Proposals made before that stay ready for review.

Revoke a connection

  1. Sign in to Optifeed.
  2. Open Account, then Access tokens.
  3. Under Connected agents, click Revoke on the connection. It stops at once.

You can also remove the connector in your assistant's settings.
